How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
While working for an area mobile caterer my customers begged me to start a mobile industrial caterer because they new I was customer driven and they were extrememly unhappy with the quality of the food of the other caterers in the area.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Fresh baked biscuits, high quality meats not the reprocess and reformed meat products sold by our competitors.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We operate from the Maple City Industrial Park on the side of Goshen, In. Serving over 125 plants a day.
